Well, I'm ISFP.
I have no idea what to make of this, really
EDIT: After reading through the type description, I was kind of surprised. It seemed to fit some of my personality traits, but a few were completely off the mark. For example:
"ISFPs live in the here and now."
I'd like to say that I would live in the here and now, if only my current life wasn't so shitty, and the prospect of my future was as bright as a diamond in the sun in comparison, but really. Drifting away from the bigger picture, I still almost never live in the here and now, even when I look at my everyday activities. I'm almost the complete opposite from this.
"ISFPs may be quite charming and ingratiating on first acquaintance, flowing with compliments which may (or may not) be deserved."
Well, I won't argue with the "charming and ingratiating on first acquaintance" thing, because that's exactly how I am. But "flowing with compliments"? I may be humble and try to downplay my own abilities, looks, personality and whatever, but I'm never flowing with compliments. Mostly it's not even about me not expressing my feelings, but the feeling and wanting to give someone a compliment, wherein I actually, inside my own heart, feel that I should congratulate and/or compliment a person, happens rarely.
"ISFPs are less fantasy-oriented than INFPs. These types are often confused, however, INFPs lean strongly to daydreams, poetry, prose and more philosophical pursuits; ISFPs often live out 'id' experiences rather than writing or even talking about them. "
This whole paragraph is most certainly the exact opposite of me. In fact, I'd say that concerning this, I'm leaning more towards the INFP side of the personality spectrum.
Aaaaaand yeah, everything else is more or less me.
