What piece of in-game technology would you want IRL?

Say you are given the chance to bring one piece of technology to the real world (and it will work, no matter how it defies our earthly reality). It?s pretty straightforward.

The first thing to pop up in my mind is the mass effect-relays. I mean, seriously; faster-than-light travel? Colonizing other planets within reach? Go, humanity!

Hmm. Obviously I'm going to have to go for the TES IV: Oblivion Console Commands.

This could:

Teleport me, alter my physical attributes (So I make me the strongest man and then make me extremely agile, an excellent runner and have an amazing personality), give me hundereds of magic spells, allow me to cast them, change my physical appearance, place a copy of any object in the world into my back pack and even toggle god mode.

C'mon! I can set EVERYTHING to be passive to me under all circumstances and then make all humans love me - I could just ask everyone to form a world nation and have world peace and they'd do it!

You mean kindnapping kids and somewhat torturing them physically and psycologicly and then inject them with varius steoroids and genetic altering materials that might deform or kill them so they can be supersoldier?! It would be cool if they existed but i dont think anybody would accept that treatment.
ODST exist already! They are named SEALS, Spetnaz, Legionars etc and do varius landings and missions, just non that involve space and/to ground combat

On the other hand the suit from Timeshift could be good... After I got used to the vague warnings it gave... ("Ballistic Threat detected" - Well... Considering I've spent the entire game getting shot at I'm not su-*Boom* Oh.)

I could say the portal gun, but knowing that it only works on the special paint made with crushed moon rocks and the moon would lessen the effectiveness somewhat... (That and try hiding large blue and orange fiery rings of portaly-ness without having everyone in the world coming after you...)

it doesnt only work on the moonrocks, theyre just a good conductor of portals.
OT: crysis 2's nanosuit of course. but nanosuits are in development... and portal guns are fairly impractical: over a long distance you would have to go to the other place and if on portal is in your house then anyone can go there.
