ODST exist already! They are named SEALS, Spetnaz, Legionars etc and do varius landings and missions, just non that involve space and/to ground combat
Well, one key factor about the ODST, is the orbital drop part.
Seals, Spetsnaz, etc. are badass, but they don't get shot from drop pods from space :O

Im torn between Element 0 from Mass Effect, a Supreme Commander power generator and Magica from the TES series. The Eezo because it will allow us to travel to distant worlds with ease, the power generator because it creates energy and magica because, well, MAGIC!
