I work at a drug store. Every employee has to be competent in most areas of the store (cleaning shit, stocking shelves, helping customers and all that shit.) The problem with the store is that its too fucking cheap to hire the people that it needs. We needed another person to work behind the pharmacy, but it would cost too much to put hire someone for full-time so they just kept putting part-time people like me back there to get people their prescriptions. The most impatient and fucking dickheaded people I have ever met go to my store to fill their prescriptions.

Oh, and anyone who has to work in customer service deserves a fucking medal.

the lashes, I wish the foremans stopped using them, its not funny, unless in very special circunstances.

Ok now seriously, I hate people who come tell you how to do something you know how to do just to make themselves superior.

Simply working with incompetent dickheads.
I swear im surounded by them, they dont know anything, they certainly dont care and they do not want to do their jobs properly or are simply not qualified for it. Of course my Boss hires them but she then whines at me for my department not hitting the targets (im supervising) I told that ***** that she should let me hire/fire people or at least let me check out references and qualifications. But NOOOOOO...dumb ***** knows better
3 more months and im outta there. I am so gonna .... nvm, lets just say im gonna give em a nice suprise that upper management will 'enjoy' and they will not!

I'd have to say other people. I know that that sounds bad but it is true. Not all people mind you, but it really pisses me off having to deal with mean stupid people.

This is pretty petty, but flip-flops. I hate the sound of flip-flops in the office. One person here wears them constantly (I swear she should just come into work in her pajamas, dressing is obviously not in her skill set). And she's such a gossip, flits about the place gathering information like it's nectar and dropping it off at the desks of others. And the way she walks by me and says "And how is Lisolet today?" but doesn't stop for my answer, just keeps walking (not that I'd tell her anything besides "fine"). And her laugh - such an annoying laugh that I ... wait a minute, I just figured it out. What bugs me at work is my co-worker!

I've got a laundry list of complaints about management, the fact that I have to tell the Backup Team that their backups failed again last night, or try to convince the Storage Team that those disk failures my databases are reporting are something they maybe might want to look at, but the one that gets me really riled all day every, day is her.

And she just flip-flopped by me again. Grr.....

Lets see I have managers that won't lift a finger to help and instead pile more things to do b4 I leave work for the day while being completely overwhelmed by the stuff thats gonna take all night to begin with. I got lazy spineless supervisors who don't seem to know how to do their job, whiney as hell associates who always seem to come to me with their problems instead of their supervisors or managers although in all fairness my particualr position involves helping just about everyone for lousy pay.Even though I have enough work to last me for the entire shift, and finally self rightous customers who clearly believe you can do the impossible even when i just proved that it is impossible in front of them.

Basically, this.

Asshole bosses; impatient, ignorant customers; inconsiderate coworkers; low wages; inconsistent hours...

The fact that I was the one fired for mentioning that my coworker is incompetent.

I guess what annoys me is people (staff) who don't pull their weight, especially when we are busy. Oh and doctors demanding results and having a go at us down the phone when we haven't even received the sample from the patient they are talking about. We can't test thin air yet but we're working on it :)

I work in an office which handles university applications for senior citizens over the age of 65. It isn't always easy to explain to them that all of our course listings and registration applications are on the internet-- sometimes they get an attitude with me, but I try to keep a level head.

I hate how people where I work don't think they have to actually EARN their damn paycheck. People try to slack off, mess around, and just hang out all the time, and they get all pissy when I tell them to do something. I keep my employees busy in my department, but it's retarded when a supervisor is on duty in the other ones but I still have to go over and give their people something to do.

You're supposed to work for the fucking money, you assholes.
