Since I don't know which multiplatform games you have on 360, I'll stick to exclusives...
MGS4, Infamous 2, Ratchet & Clank Future (all three), Uncharted 1, Resistance (both), Heavy Rain. That should get you going for a couple days... :p

I would say the resistance games, uncharted 1, and the ratchet and clank games. Also the sly cooper collection.

As has already been mentioned, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is a necessity. Heavy Rain is another, and Red Dead Redemption is a third. I'd also highly recommend Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, because that game is fantastic and did not get enough press.

Otherwise, I'd suggest picking up Flower, Red Johnson's Chronicles and Section 8: Prejudice off the PSN: all three are fantastic games that make most retail releases look like steaming piles of doggy doo.

Oh, and make sure you pick up the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus HD pack when it's released, as well as The Last Guardian. Shadow of the Colossus is the best game ever made, in my opinion, and it's definitely worth checking out.
