Not to long ago Clockwork Orange was on the TV here UK and lots of my facebook friends saying "its my fave Kubrick film ever I love it". But yet they cannot name one other Kubrick film!. Some say Full Metal Jacket, and all of them refuse to watch Strangelove because its black and white.
People who actually think they are living their own hero's journey when, in reality, are as ordinary and full of crap as the rest of humanity...

-Romance in fanfiction, it's always the same exact thing, an out of character conversation followed by kissing.
-Being too politically correct, I don't mean something like somebody saying Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas, I don't care about that. I mean those who will throw a fit if some one says black instead of African American.

-Any movie claiming to be 'deep' because usually that's another word for "crap"

-Any 9/11 conspiracy, all of the 'evidence' was debunked a long time ago, by college educated experts, instead of the college drop-outs that make those conspiracy theories up. You just refuse to listen to all the evidence stacked against it.
-Those who assume that all Conservatives are like the Beverly Hillbillies
-Those who assume that all Liberals are hippies who has never had a job and are on welfare.
-"You only didn't like this movie because it's deep and you don't understand it." No, I understood it, it was just stupid.
-The movie Wanted, I've been told that the comics were very different from the movie, I wouldn't know, I just don't like the movie.
-Those who, like, use, like, in, like, every sentance. It, like, gets kind of, like, annoying.
-Bioshock, it's not a terrible game, but I really don't know why everyone likes about this game, oh well, each to his or her own.

Usually I try to omit any religious or political hates, but I tried to even this one out so it doesn't appear I'm targeting any specific groups.
When people complain about their problems to someone who has had that problem for years (I.E. a guy complaining about his legs hurting to a guy in a wheel chair)
and people arguing over whether or not something is ironic.
Atm my tooth is really grinding my gears, my friend cracked off the back half of one of my molars with a punch in exchange for a £5 poker buy-in (We were kinda drunk)

I quote from memory: "For weeks banks had been terrified by a gang of robber called "The Donald Duck Gang" because of the Donald Duck masks its members wore. After a while this name was changed to The Bear Gang which felt more suitable."
But why is that more "suitable"? It's because The Bear Gang (or Björnligan in Swedish) is what the Beagle Boys are called in Swedish comic books and cartoons with Donald Duck. Meaning that the book should have read "After a while this name was changed to The Beagle Boys which felt more suitable." but didn't because of the incompetent translator.
