Nothing.

To avoid writing a one word reply, absolutely nothing gives me any reason to have faith in humanity, I believe that humanity annihilating itself in any WMD related holocaust is far too honourable a death and that as a species we will slowly decay into a pool of filth.
Metaphorically of course, actually decaying into a pool of filth would be far more dignified.
Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the keyboard today.

As for me, I think it might be pancakes. Good, filling, and above all fattening food that leaves you feeling good and sated. Sure, you could eat at a fancy 5 star french restaurant, with all the little trimmings and most expensive wines, but when you get right down to it, nothing beats a good ol' home cooked pancake. Especially with butter and maple syrup.

As the saying goes, "United we stand, divided we fall".

There comes a time our young species will drop all feuds with each other for a common benevolent cause. It happened in the past and will keep happening in the future.

Mine would be survival stories, metal music and of course boobs. My favorite quote was from a user on these forums but I forget who it was, it is "If you have lost faith in humanity, you have lost faith in yourself". For me this means that each individual makes up humanity, it comes with the good and the bad, but mainly the good, which we just don't hear about often enough. Thank the media and stupid people who believe every word of it for that.

Who are you and what have you done with the real Madara? [/joke]

OT: Farts. Farts are ALWAYS funny. Either that or pizza and Coca-Cola.

As cynical as I am, it's always nice to know there still are good people out there, helping others, the problem for me is that I'm all too aware of what people are capable of.

Like I said, I'm a cynical person... but a few decent acts by good people certainly cheer me up.

Boobs. No matter the evils in this world...boobs will always be awesome.
After 5 minutes of trying to think of something better than this, I failed.

The simplest answer is usually the correct answer. Boobs, it is.
What if...now hear me out...
What if there was a tray of freshly cooked bacon in front of said boobs? Did I make it better?
Not entirely. I'm a vegetarian. Maybe a loaf of fresh homemade bread, or a blueberry pie...

Simple kind acts in the world, and hearing news like.

"Theif returns information on stolen computer to Scientist through a flash drive"

yeah...it happened.

After hearing all the 'I lost all faith in humanity' rubbish
Just because someone else's opinion differs from yours does not make their view "rubbish."

I believe in all honesty that most people are good, and, while they may make some bad decisions, they try in good faith to do what is right at the end of the day.

Faith in humanity? Please. I gave that one up years ago. Mhmm...tell you what. If you can prove to me that I am human, then I - who have faith in myself - will admit that I have faith in MY human life. Everyone else is a crapshoot, sometimes literally.

Why not just have faith in others? I doubt the entire world hates you. I, for one, don't.

Hmmm? Oh no no no...this isn't about hate. This is about how people in the world act towards each other. I tend to get along nicely with most people. But look at all the problems of the world. It may just be my mindset, but I can't see myself perpetuating these things.

For instance, people are up in arms that Iran has Uranium. Oh no, they might have nukes! Yeah, and who doesn't? Even if they were to make a nuclear missle, it just means they don't want to be the one guy who doesn't have any. I say, leave 'em alone. If they DO plan evil, do something about it, but nobody likes a peeping Tom.

Alright, that was very political of me, but the idea is that sometimes people just do dumb things and I don't feel forgiving.
