Paladins (like Clerics) would rely on "God" being real too and that brings up an entirely different discussion, zombies are what we are talking about here and without holy powers clerics and paladins cant do jack... more so the clerics than the paladins as paladins still have shields and maces and crap but anyway that still requires them to get up close which, in a zombie scenario, isnt wise.Hairetos said:I disagree, sir. I mean come on, zombie apocalypse? This is what paladins fucking live for!Kinguendo said:People are forgetting that ALL mages begin the game very weak with no AOE spells, I mean sure... I would be an Archer, excellent at long range killing and capable of setting up traps and knowledge of wildlife and shizzat. As well as often been awfully acrobatic and being able to conceal themselves well too... actually yeah, archers are the perfect class for the Zombie Apocalypse.
But who wants to be a paladin?
Come on now, you have to roleplay here. There are obviously deities in the D&D world. And I can't wait for you to have to buy new arrows.Kinguendo said:Paladins (like Clerics) would rely on "God" being real too and that brings up an entirely different discussion, zombies are what we are talking about here and without holy powers clerics and paladins cant do jack... more so the clerics than the paladins as paladins still have shields and maces and crap but anyway that still requires them to get up close which, in a zombie scenario, isnt wise.Hairetos said:I disagree, sir. And anyway yeah, Archer is still the best choice. Long range, arcrobatic, skilled in survival, setting traps and hiding... easily best suited to survive a zombie apocalypse.
Nobody said anything about D&D being the standard... its just RPGs.Hairetos said:Come on now, you have to roleplay here. There are obviously deities in the D&D world. And I can't wait for you to have to buy new arrows.
