Episode 2, and everything about it.

The Phantom Menace was fucking ace, but then the other two came along and not only were they bad films (Bar maybe the very end of Episode 3 and particularly episode 2), but they followed on from the bad bits of Episode 1, and forgot about the good bits.

Its like someone smart made Episode 1 with a good plan of where to take the series, and then someone else took over with no understanding of what made Episode 1 so good.

I didn't like how they tried to tie everyone from the originals in with the prequels. I also thought the story of Vader's fall was rather weak. There was too much Jedi.

For me it is pretty much what red letter media said.

Some of the more major things for me:-

The lack of any real main character.
The lack of any real meaningful character development on the part of any of the major characters.
The lack of chemistry between the characters; example - Anakin and Padme's romance is incredibly unbelievable and unreal.
The overuse of CGI. Doing the whole thing in CGI was a mistake. It all has a vague uncanny valley feeling.
And the flip flopping and out of character behaviour that both Obi Wan and Anakin keep undergoing is excruciating.

For me those are the big things...
