The first part of my name, Thor, is the name of the Norse God.

Hallur means stone in some language. I know what the language is called in Icelandic, but not in English.

Thorhallur = Thorstone

And for those that care, I write my name in Icelandic like this: Þórhallur.

Well i have a typical name of a Russian mafia boss and it's not Ivan.
Think for a second...

Yes its Wiktor! (Polish name) And as you might guess it means "victory" or "victor" (as winner) which didn't help me at a driving license test today that I utterly failed. Hurray! :p

And I have no middle name since Wiktor is so awesome I wouldn't spoil it with anything else... And nothing seems to fit :p

I was named after a song popular at the time I was born, tho it's a nickname for my legal first name.

My legal first name means "honey bee" in a particular foreign language, which my girlfriend finds amusing, since I am rather a big fan of honey.

That's all the info yer getting. =P

I'm norwegian, so I pretty much just have a boring name which don't mean squat. My first and last name are the same as a famous downhill-skieer though.. that's cool enough for me.

Mine came straight out of a joke book. The Jokelopidia had a section with fake books by fake authors. One of them was:

"Crazy Things to Do" by Ima Loony.

I smashed the two together, eliminated capitalization, and bam, my name in a nutshell.

Christ Carrier, in Greek I believe. A little ironic, no doubt.

Brandon = Beacon / hill / sword. It has some deep Christian meaning but considering I am an atheist, who survived a Christian school for seven years, I hate the meaning of my name. Although a sword would have some... practical applications.

Pavel - derivative from Paulus (small)
Yankovskiy - ...hell if I know. Some kind of Russo/Polish surname I guess...

BTW, the "small" part - kinda ironic since I'm 1,93m tall =)
