Assassin's Ceed comes pretty close, as does Halo, Zelda and Fable, But probably star wars (KotOR, KotOR 2, Reblublic Commando, Jedi Academy, Force Unleashed, Rouge Squadron, Battlefront, Battlefront 2, Lego Star Wars, Lego Star Wars 2)

I don't know if "Star Wars" qualifies as a series. If the gameplay mechanics are different, stories are unrelated and not part of a common continuity, it's made by a different developer, and released by a different publisher, I think that's separate.

For example: Force unleashed 1&2, same series; Lego Star Wars and KotOR, different.

I may be in the minority in having this opinion.

I'm not sure right now. I think my choices would depend on whether I actually play them or not.

My younger brother (yes you read that right) has pretty much every Resident Evil game and movie that I'm aware of.

I have every Half-Life release on Steam, which counts to 10 or 11 depending on if the PC port of Decay counts.

As well, I have a good chunk of Crash releases:

Mega Man for sure I have played all of them including the Mega Man Zero and Mega Man Battle network games which where actually very good. I own the vast majority of them also. My all time favorite is Mega Man Legends 2 I still play it every so often.
