What should I build next in Minecraft?

So I have been playing Minecraft now for a while and i've build some stuff like a giant piramid, a huge cave system and 2 "doom" towers, one that reaches the sky limit and one that reaches bedrock and the sky limit, so what I would like to ask you people is can you please make a suggestion on what I should build next?

A massive wooden monument to yourself, thats what I built ... Until I accidentally caved through my tunnel into lava and burnt the ENTIRE thing to the ground.

OT:I built myself two forts with a tunnel connecting them, plus an underground storage room, a pool, and a river from one to the other. You should give it a try, it's pretty fun.

Edit: Build 2fort. Then have a stalemate on it.

OT: A football pitch with obstacles, platforms and lava.

Using mine carts and the perputual motion glitch, get about 5 mine carts running up and down from each 'Doom' tower. Then get a bow, and shoot monsters when going past.

I did that kind of thing.
It was awesome.
