Go as one of the rednecks from cops. In other words, show up nude, but with a big black censor bar over your naughty bits, like this:

I have fond memories of being a Zombie. I had a smoke machine tucked under my jacket, set it off down the street, then walked with my friends (who were also zombies) jerkily down the street. I recall the family of trick-or-treaters actually trying to attack us. After we got close and started moaning, they ran and screamed like a little girl who'd had her doll taken from her.
That was a fun day.

Take a super-soaker and paint it black. Wear all black cloths and paint your head and hands black. When someone asks you what you are say "A dark and stormy night" and spray them with the super-soaker.
Become Lucifer. Wear a black suit with a white button down shirt under neath and a blood red tie. Than wear a demon mask on your head. When in conversation drop subtle hints.
