Sake. Seriously, give it a shot. Just remember that only the clear stuff is real sake
Otherwise, tequila. Celebrate being 21 by regretting your birth the following morning :)

Absinthe, the real kind who have drugs in it, not the flavored Vodka one.

it's illegal in most countries though :[
The green one with marijuana in it is the best choice.
They don't sell real Absinthe in North America as far as I know, and real absinthe doesn't have marijuana in it. That's not what makes it green. Real Absinthe has wormwood in it, which is one of the bases of lsd.

OT: Get Goldschlagger (maybe spelled right?) and jager....50:50 shots makes a Liquid Cocaine...very tasty

Tullamore Dew, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua, Cheap Wine (Like $20 a bottle, not the boxed shit), Tequila, and Margarita Mix Tequila since it tastes like delicious juice. And if your only experience with Vodka was some mixed into orange juice, I understand why you'd hate it. That was my first experience with Vodka, and I thought it was terrible. Until I chugged some later in the night. But if you legitimately did some shots and don't like, then I suppose that's fine.

Also, Irish Cream and Coffee is definitely the tastiest mixed drink ever. Unless someone mixed Sobe, Bawls, and Monster Khaos with Jack Daniels/Tullamore Dew.

I'm probably going to spend my next birthday with some Samuel Adams. Not any of their Black Lager or terrible Dark Ale, probably their Summer Ale that tastes like having an orgasm. Then, since I'm American we'll light of some fireworks. Which is the benefit of having birthday in July I guess. Everyone still has at least 10 pounds of fireworks left over from the 4th.

Disaronno Amaretto or Originale. Good quality stuff, but not too expensive. Kind of sweet with very little alcohol taste. Another decent choice is Jagermeister. Tastes like nyquil, though.

For me, it was a Fire Engine. A drink that's largely raspeberry cordial with a little bit of vodka thrown in.
I really don't like the taste of alchohol you see and if it's a new experiance for you I'd recommend you start there.

Nothing.

Alcohol is poison for the human metabolism, so I suggest celebrating your birthday with something that doesn't make you pay for destroying your own body.
Glad to see at least one sensible person. My Australian Organic chemistry professor said that its like drinking poison that slowly destroys your brain cells.

Moral of the story: Drink Orange juice instead :D for a long and healthy life

Jameson all the way... great Irish whiskey that kicks the ass of any other whiskey or scotch if i do say so myself, having visited the Jameson distillery in Ireland and compared Jack Daniels and Scotch there, Jameson always comes out on top. It's great mixed with cranberry juice or ginger ale, and if feeling experimental can be mixed with sweet tea as well. Happy Birthday!

If you drink any beer other than this ever, you're missing an opportunity to smile at the good works of man [http://www.dogfish.com/brews-spirits/the-brews/year-round-brews/90-minute-ipa.htm]

Now I just KNOW I've been ninja'd on this, but it needs saying again.

Jack Daniels Olde-Tyme Whiskey.

Good for celebratory shots, goes down smooth, and if you're REALLY bored, play 'the miles game'.

It goes like this: down the whole bottle, and when you wake up, figure out where you are. Record the distance from your starting point.

A friend of my brother went from New York to Texas (or Oklahoma, not sure) on a single bottle.
