Pokemon Platinum, minus a few event only Pokemon that weren't released in Australia,
Or, if you don't count that, Metroid Prime.

I'd have to say Dead Rising. Saving all the survivors with their horrible AI was a pain in the ass and it took 15 hours straight to get the 7 day survivor achievement.

Sadly this isn't mine, but I know someone who 100% starcraft 2 ...

Just to put that in perspective, one achievement is win 1000 games with each race (randoms a race too so 4000 wins minimum).

Pokemon Pinball is my most proud. Even got Mew without hax. (there is a completely legit way to get him, but it's well hidden, and really hard to do) Second most proud would be getting all Gold Medals in Kirby's Dream Course without using a guide. GOD that was friggin hard. O_e

I have a VERY short attention span. I can't stick with a game long enough to 100% it.
I kind of feel like I'm missing out though. Damn you gargantuan backlog!

Assassins Creed 2

1000/1000 Gamer-score. Hardest one was that 'Kill 10 dudes in one fight without getting hit', until I realised that smoke bombs were the answer.
Lol, I wish I knew that, I did that the hard way!

Arkham Asylum. Some of those trophies are monstrously hard to get, or at least I found them to be.

Generally I don't bother with 100%, I just do the main story and whatever else sounds like fun. I did get 100% in Burnout: Paradise and the original Lego Star Wars. I tried for 100% in inFamous but failed to find the last couple shards after an EXHAUSTIVE search.

When I had every achievement in Mass Effect I lit up. Then I did a speed run, and to this day I do a play through every summer.

None. 100% means i've completly drained out any sort of Replay value ever.
Not true, I platinumed R&C:Crack in Time and still hadn't done all f the skill points.
That doesnt even work as an example since that games '100%' is just a facade.
I'm talking about true 100% completition.

Probably San Andreas for the sheer volume of work involved but I'll always relish the feeling of 100%-ing Crash Bandicoot 3. First game I can remember committing to 100%-ing and was tough enough if I recall. For a ten-year-old anyway...

Sly Cooper 1+2. Getting 100% in them is not very challenging at all, but I'm proud that I've done them without looking at the trophies first and that I for once had the attention span to actually do all of the stuff.

I'm still pissed off at Dragon Age for not giving me the 'Traveler' achievement. I've done everything including the DLC and this is the only achievement I have no clue how to get that one. Getting a warrior to Level 20 is the other thing I'm still missing, but that's easy.

I'm proudest of the time I completed the entire Bombers' Notebook quest-list in one three-day cycle of Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, and got a perfect ending.

Fallout 3, Borderlands, Dragon age origins and beyond good and evil HD. All 100% if you dont mean DLC as well. I'm quite proud of getting 100% of Super Mario World and Starwing on SNES, and Monster hunter freedom unite on PSP. That took YEARS to do it all.

Deadly premonition is the game I am most proud of 100% completing. That bloody bone quest took me a while to complete because the map is difficult to read and Greenvale is pretty big so it is easier to get sidetracked and get lost. I still think its an awesome game. I love it :)
