I have about 13 versions of the Vocaloid Song Magnet. My favourite is the Boys chorus version and about 6 versions of Marukaite Chikyuu(Hetalia song)

That depends; if we count different versions by the same band, it's probably 5-6 versions of some Smashing Pumpkins' songs. If it is versions of the same song by different bands I think it's a huge tie between 2 versions.

EDIT: Wait! Actually Kingdom Gone by At the Gates comes up 3 times; with the original and a bonus live version on The Red in the Sky is Ours and another live version on Terminal Spirit Disease.
