I've got a combination of the Doctor Who theme song in my head and the huge, climactic score that accompanies the 10th Doctor's regeneration. Because I just finished the End of Time part 2, and it's made me a bit sad :-( David Tennant is just so, so awesome. Can't wait to get started with Matt Smith though, he's different but he looks awesome in his own way.

Smith is a good actor, and he nails the Doctor the way he chose to play the role, but Moffat doesn't give him much to do other than bounce around and act goofy.
