I'm not addicted to any band or something, but I cannot stop listening to the Harry Potter audio books as read by Stephen Fry.

This song is amazing. Remix of 39 other songs into one, been listening to it like twice a day for 2 weeks and still haven't gotten tired of it.

No matter what is going on, no matter how dark or brooding I am, no matter how pissy I am being, this man and his songs will elevate my mood, make me put down the emo facade, take up a bottle of alcohol and party party party party!
You sir, have the taste of a god. Everyone should love A.W.K!

Personally, I'm currently loving the Razia's Shadow album by Forgive Durden. Written as a musical with many cameos. 'tis sublime.

It's been a year since I've listened to this. Thank you.

As for me, I've had the "Raindrops" by ShamRain stuck in my head since I first listened to it over a month ago.

Five Finger Death Punch- War Is The Answer. Awesome album from beginning to end.
I saw them for the second time last month. Front row both times. Amazing crowds and an amazing live band. When you kick things off with "Burn It Down", you know it's gonna be a good show. Their energy starts high and ends high. Amazing.

OT: Along with Five Finger Death Punch, I'm also at the other end of the spectrum with the Mayday Parade album, "A Lesson in Romantics".

That and I'm enjoying translating a few songs by Adele to acoustic guitar. The woman has some good songs and is very talented.

Wow, I really like them. I think you may have just caused me to go and buy their album. You should contact them and ask for some sort of commission lol.

Haha, I love buying albums from HMV...atleast I used to; nowadays they don't stock the kind of bands I listen to.

OT: Most music threads I enter usually make me post this guy...and today is no different. I am addicted to the new album by Astronautalis, This is Our Science. It's incredible. It hit #9 in the itunes hip-hop album chart using only word-of-mouth advertising. Here are my standout tracks:

I have 3 of Astronautalis' albums and consider him one of my favourite artists. Which is surprising because if you looked at my ipod it'd be saturated with punk, ska and hardcore bands.

I've been listening to Mercenary's new album quite a bit. What can I say? They are my absolute favorite band as of right now. However, I still think some of their older stuff was better.
