At first something emo-ish, Two for Tragedy, then something that sounds more hopeful, but still sad, Meadows of Heaven, both by nightwish. Then the saddest song of the time, whatever it me be, just to make everyone sad.
Then, as they bring the casket down the isle:

Another song I wouldn't mind being my funeral dirge would be "M4 (Part 2)" by Faunts. Perhaps more commonly known as Mass Effect's end credits song.
