For the record, I'm not talking about suicide. This isn't a thread for emo kids to discuss what they listen to when they feel depressed.

All I want to know is if you could choose a song to be playing when you die, maybe on the radio or at someones house or whatever, what would it be? What's the last song you want to hear?

Beethoven's "Ode to Joy." If there's ever been a song written to accompany exploding heads, it's this.

...And I assume my death will have to do with my head exploding. I mean, why not?

So, narrow my life down to a song hmmm....

I'd go with something ironic to the situation, but I can't think of anything right now.

Chopin - Etudes Op. 25 No. 12 in C minor.

It sum's up a life's emotions to a T I think.

Edit, Seems Classical is the underdog here.

I'm going out to Queen. preferably Seven Seas of Rhye, but the irony of going out to The Show Must Go On is so tasty

I want rave music going. I just want to be dancing like an idiot in front of a hitman, flipping him off and telling him to go fuck himself, then pop and my heads gone.

Every song ever all at the same time.

Honestly, probably 1979 or Spaceboy by the Smashing Pumpkins.

I don't want to hear a song... I'd like to be looking at something absolutely amazing when I die, like, from the peak of Mount Everest or something.

edit:

Sorry, I guess that was sort of douchey of me to do that to your thread. Frankly, I'm not entirely sure, but it would probably be something from the Killers, but that's just because that's the only band I'm listening to right now.

edit2:

Okay, I've made up my mind: If I Didn't Care by the Ink Spots.
lol. nice. I'm glad you finally figured it out.

It just struck me as funny that you had to edit so many times, that's all. Its a really weird question and personally I have no idea what I'd want to be listening to. the Everest thing was cool though.

Depends on how i was to pass. If it was peaceful "Cemetary Gates" by Pantera would be fitting, if I was killed protesting I would want something rebellious, reflective of what I'm doing (maybe fight the power by public enemy, or something rage against the machine). It really does depend on how it happened and what mood I'm in.

If there is a way for me to listen to "Don't Stop Me Now" while at the same time launching a rally car into a combine harvester, sign me up for that. That death would be EPIC.

Ave Maria.

Then I come back to life and shoot everyone at the funeral. Take that, FBI.
