All you need is love by the Beatles. Like it to play and I'll die in a massive gunfight between god, chuck Norris, and myself.

Apocalytica's version of Nothing Else Matters by Metallica.

Tell me this isn't beautiful. [http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=GeJpwyhfQQI]

Probably "Rock & Roll" by The Velvet Underground. Dance at my funeral for god's sake. Be happy.

Okay, okay, I've picked my song. The Harder They Come by Jimmy Cliff.

"because the harder they come, the harder they fall one and all"

USSR

Probably your average communist.

Vincent by Don McLean. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dipFMJckZOM] No question. The lyrics are absolutely beautiful, and it already has sentimental value for me.
That's a great song. Sad but wonderful. I especially like the line about the "portraits hung in empty halls, nameless heads on frameless walls, with eyes that watch the world and cant forget."

sorry for the double post, but it had to be said: Pink Floyd-"Comfortably Numb"
I was actually thinking more along the lines of The Big Sleep by Streetlight Manifesto....

but I can't deny that Comfortably Numb is the best possible song for this situation.

Win.

"ATB - Don't Stop" or "Pet Shop Boys - Home and Dry"
seems like there are several who would like Dont stop me now. Certainly ironic, and a very good song altogether. Just out of curiosity am I the only one who cant hear that song without thinking of shawn of the dead?

Very pretty. I'm usually not a fan of instrumentals, but this was nice.

If Im old, Sweet Child of Mine by Guns n Roses.
If its in the next 5 years probably Avarice by Disturbed.
I love Sweet Child of Mine, I've always wanted to play it at my wedding, right after they pronounce us man and wife. I cant think of anything I'd rather be running out of the church listening to than that opening guitar rift. crunchy.

I'd like to be listening to the screams of Shirley, Fred and Jon Phelps before I'm gunned down by the police for massacring the entire clan.
