What Souls game should I start with?

I'd say start with Dark Souls, then play Demon Souls and finally Dark Souls 2 (then eventually Dark Souls 3).

I just think that Dark Souls and Demon Souls are about the same quality, but Dark Souls is maybe a bit easier to get into?

And which ever you go for, get it on PS3.

For it's undoubtedly superb quality atmospher and vibe, and boy is it lush and engrossing, I just found Dark Souls far, far too repetative to slog through (got to Sten's Fortess before quitting).

I enjoyed it, but by the time I got to Sten's I'd had enough of doing the same thing over, and over and over just to get to a place where I died only to die a tiny bit futher on. The dieing I'd no issue with, the walking for several minutes tons of time over to get to the place I was trying to get past I did.

With that in mind, are any of the other souls games worth a look and less repetative? Or are they the same?
