Delaware. We used to be a state not known for anything, but lately a few crazies from this state have been getting some media attention... Hopefully this will blow over soon and my state can fade back into obscurity.

State?! How small minded! Oh... Country and Province, too... Sure, okay.

I'm from Gelderland, The Netherlands. (No, I'm not from Amsterdam, nor do I party every night or smoke pot.) I don't really know what my province is known for. Never tried to find out. :S I can say what The Netherlands is known for. (More than pot and parties! ) It's... their hospitality(?)

City of Lappeenranta, Southern Karelia, Finland. Best known for the Fortress [http://www3.lappeenranta.fi/linnoitus/english/index.html] (used in wars between Sweden and Russia when our dear western neighbour was still a country of significance)
, one hella big saw/pulp/paper industry complex owned by UPM and being a lakeside city of the greater Saimaa with a canal connection to the sea.

I live in Pennsylvania, we are known for corn since most of the state is farms. I was born in Maryland, so I really enjoy the steamed crabs they have.
Huh, more people from PA here than I thought. I knew I wasn't the only one, but holy crap.

I am from Devon, England, UK. Devon is know for it's farm land, wild moorland and coastal towns. England is apparently known for drinking tea and having crooked teeth, both of which I do and am proud of.

I am from a little known country called Scotland. But don't worry you can call it England if you want, its not like we have any national pride. We are best known for wearing skirts and eating haggis. We are also all ginger.
