I've been using Abel a lot lately. His ultra is easy to hit and he can just roll past most attacks. If you can use him properly he can be the ultimate character.
Though I'm best with Fei Long, even though I haven't perfected his Ultra/Super attacks I can still dominate people online with him.
If I'm feeling stupid I'm Ken. Ken's easy to use and abuse.

That doesn't work against people who understand priorities.. there are lots of attacks that just go right through shock, and there are plenty of ways to get out of being cornered. Medium or Higher CPUs will rip right through shock if it's not used as part of a combo.xTitanium Wolfx said:
Shock does duck under Seth's Sonic Booms though, so Blanka at least has that going for him.
I just wish Honda could still move forward and back while doing his Thousand Hand Slap.. that was a defining feature of Honda (at least for me), and it was taken out.

Mainly Sagat as he is an absolute beast. Not only is he powerful, but he isn't lacking in the speed department either. His two stage hard kick really hurts and I find it is more fluent than ever to chain from his tiger knee into the tiger uppercut for utter devastation.
Occasionally I go Blanka, because as someone else said, he's Blanka. He looks cool and is fun to play as.

my best character would have to be Sagat. why you ask? because his attacks are powerful and he is surprisingly fast.
