Probably the ability to warp minds. Bringing people under your control, or just driving them mad, all possible, and all with rather funny possibilities.
I did think of being a full on "keter class reality bender" but something tells me there's some way that can backfire horribly.
All I want is the ability to teach humanity how to build superluminal-speed ships(without going back or forward in time, thus disproving relativity) so we can finally expand through the universe and have a new age of technology and prosper like never before. That is a power that can help humanity.
Hmmmm. I like the idea of time manipulation a lot. I also just like the whole suoer strength with invulnerabiluty.

If not that, absolute shapeshifting so that I can reverse my cells and stay young forever and manipulate my brain to work at genius level capacities. I also get the added benefit of changing into The Slenderman to scare the shit out of people.

I'd go with the ability to cool/freeze anything. Why? I can't stand hot weather. I'd love to have an air temperature around me of 60 degrees or less. Plus, instant ice cubes! Who can complain with that?
I would have the power to control electricity thru hyper charging the electrons. What would start out as just electricity would evolve into controlling electrons and protons and thus manipulating matter and turning into what ever I want. Not creating from nothing, but taking atoms and rearranging there molecular structure and making something new.
I choose shapeshifting, simply because it would grant access to other abilities as well. shift into something faster, or something that can fly, or something super strong. You get the idea.
Flying. Old and not overly imaginative, but having played so many games with super powers, I fucking rage that there are next to no games that do real flight. In fact, the only game I've played where you could fly and it worked brilliantly (Iron man games were crap) was a mod for Just Cause 2. That shit was glorious, and it felt amazing to glide over icy mountains, deserts and massive swaths of jungle.
And then to make it even better, someone released a first person mod. So, combined that with flying, and all on a massive TV with me sitting not three feet away...it's the closest I'll ever get to flying.

There really is no defense against it. Even if you had a superpower that would block my powers from working on you, it wouldn't matter as I'd just use my slaves to dispose of you.
It wouldn't be the funnest or make you immortal but as far as taking over the world goes, it's the best.
