Omnipotence. But that's usually cheating so I'd go with controlling the elements of the earth.

Super strength. This includes the ability to jump ridiculously far (like a few miles at a time). You'd be able to run fast, jump miles and punch through walls and stuff... awesome!

Obviously immortality. None of that simple eternal life stuff either - I mean real immortality, as in I'm a freakin' demigod. Can't die at all, very useful. Demigod of wandering, probably, taking walks across the Atlantic Ocean's floor might be entertaining.
control over gravity. I could literally do everything magneto does without his weakness to plastic, and I could crush, throw around enemies, use friction to control fire, and even throw things and people into space, not to mention I could jump around like super man used to, remember, before it was flight it was just long jumps, I could do that if I controlled gravity.
