regeneration, which is kind of like immortality, but you're still human, and you can still feel pain, but you can push your body beyond its limits, kind of like what captain america or wolverine already do, and theoretically, superpowers already exist in an alternate dimension/universe, but they would be so common in that dimension/universe that it would take all the awesome out of it.

Teleportation to anywhere in the world, but usually which superpower I prefer depends on my mood.
Other favorites:
Manipulation of electricity (how cool would it look to have electric tendrils emerging from your hands?)
Time travel (traveling back in time to cram further for that physics test is always useful)
Shapeshifting (you know, touching a person or animal and then being able to turn into them at will)

Immortality (in the never-aging, but can die from mortal wounds sense of immortality.)

Infinite and convenient knowledge of this universe and all others: but most importantly, the capacity to understand, access and apply said information. MUCH better than fortune telling.
Telekinesis, that way i can:
fly (just move myself around with my mind)
control elements (obviously, its matter isnt it?)
move stuff around and cause shennanigans
AND (if i can move matter around on a molecular level), probably heal any wounds on myself or anyone else.
