so you would rather not have anything than the ability to become fully invisible if you just take your clothes of? you can always just put them back on before you turn visible again. it's way better than not having a power. (now this is ofcourse if your not permanently invisible (like the invisible guy from league of extraordinary gentlemen)
Yes, you are correct. I would prefer to have the ability to turn myself and everything I am wearing invisible. And if I can't have that, then I'd rather have nothing. Being a female, I tend to have a lot more articles of clothing than males, and I can't wear as little as males can in public while still being socially acceptable.

It would just be an unnecessary hassle.

The Midas Touch seems pretty shitty, or the even worse Skittles version.
all it takes is one itch...

If I got stuck with any of the Aqua Man powers I would be pissed, I have an irrational fear of the ocean.

the power to ejaculate fire....lol

in all seriousness probably mind-control, it'd be fun for a while but it'd take all the fun out of people
I disagree, it would always be fun, start a business as a marriage councilor then fix or destroy the marriages based on coin tosses, whether or not you ran over a dog on the commute to work, which side of the bed you woke up on, how attracted you are to your clients, and so on.

Super intellgence.

I would simply build death machines and take over the world in ten years.
How would that be bad? Being run by a super intelligent being sounds fucking awesome. Hell, I'd join your army if you started one.

I would not want the ability to speak to and control animals. I just don't want it. I don't care that much about animals and I highly doubt they have anything interesting to say. But it could lead to some interesting shenanigans...

The power to fart to fly. That'd be awkward...
At least you wouldn't stick around for long! :D

The one power i wouldn't want to have is super in-decisiveness. Wait no, i wouldn't want to have the ability to fly, wait no, i wouldn't want to have laser vision.
You see my point?

The laser eyes that the guy in X-men has.. It would be pretty annoying to have to wear those glasses all the time.. Say you sleep in a bed directly below Xaviers room and in the sleep you accidentally remove your glasses and a loud noise wakes you up.. You open your eyes and kill Xavier.. Great job!

And isn't there a girl that kills anything she touches in those movies..? That must be pretty lame too..

Immortality to the point of never dying period. Life would just get boring after a century or so. Plus it means you could never have a family knowing that you would sit there and watch them age and dye...
Exactly that.^ Your muscles, eyes and ears would deteriorate and you'd sort of be able to do.. nothing much...

I say ANY power that couldn't be controlled, or at least dampened. That would be terrifying.
Pretty much this. If you can't control you're power, it's not worth having it.

and your time perception will speed up as you age so centuries would pass and it'd only feel like minutes

Definitely mind reading. I would hate to know what everyone around me is thinking every moment of every day. Not that it wouldn't be useful, just annoying, plus it would probably make me hate all of humanity.
Agreed, you'd never be able to look at the person the same way again :\
