My spine is partially titanium. Due to severe scoliosis, meaning that my spine was curved at about 65 degree in the middle, meant that I had to have surgery to straighten the spine out, and have titanium rods put in to keep it that way. I can no longer bend my spine at all.

Beat that.
Same, only I'm not sure what degree it was. It was, however, severe enough to warrant a surgery that involved inserting 2 titanium rods and the removal of ribs.

Besides that, I had a mole removed once, and that's about it.

When I was nine I had to have an implant put into my right foot. Thing is, as I grew and put my body under more abuse, the implant cracked and now it is causing more problems than what I had before, except now it comes in spurts rather than being a constant issue.

I also had to have two surgeries to have a 1.3cm kidney stone removed. They were comparatively easier to recover from, but the first surgery was easily the hardest for me to endure. I actually had to have a breathing tube inserted midway through the surgery on that one, and it effectively kept me bedridden for a couple days even though I was physically capable living life normally (unlike with the ankle surgery, where I was bedridden just by its nature).

I've had wisdom teeh out, fixed a deviated septum, and a couple unsuccessful surgeries to attempt to fix my wrist instability. Specifically a capsulodesis, then a ligament construction, then some exploratory surgery to see why the reconstruction didn't fix it. Turned out I have yet another torn ligament, but they can't repair it due to already drilling a hole in my lunate to fix the other side. So Ibasically I'm screwed! I'll probably need a partial fusion or something at some point, but I'm supposed to put it off for as long as possible because all remaining options suck.

Four teeth pulled out(though I don't think it counts as surgery, but everyone else seems to) for when I got bracers, to get me this lovely set of Hollywood teeth.
Also had a badly ingrown nail on one of my big toes that required part of it to get cut off. Both before and after the surgery I had shoes several sizes smaller than I should have. Getting shoes in my huge size is next to impossible... so if you've had ingrown nails you can probably imagine the pain of having it constantly being pressed against. Think it still took me over a month before I finally decided to get it fixed.

So far, I've had my Tonsils removed (due to frequent Tonsilitis) and an operation to fix my skull after I cracked it open when I fell and hit a large piece of metal.

I've had a couple on my lower back, and one very minor one very recently on my big toe since it had a problem.

I've also had another one, but I'm not sure what it was "on" so to speak considering I was very young at the time, and was close to death due to some rare disease. Luckily, as you can tell, whatever that surgery was, worked! :D

I had a larger than golfball sized cyst/unknown mass in the middle of my back removed. Nice scar down my back to boot, the hospital nurses were a bit taken when I turned down pain meds...infact they didn't let me say no they handed me a prescription on the way out. Never used them either. :|

Three wisdom teeth pulled, and the McDonalds I worked at tried make me work the same day. Though I did have to come in the next day and work withOUT my pain(made me "light-headed", best way I can think to describe it) or anti-infection meds (knocked me out), and the worst part is they made me take orders in the drive-thru. You know who should be talking through that shitty speaker that nobody can hear anything through? The guy with a swollen mouth full of blood and gauze.

And yes, they knew I was getting the operation about 2 months in advance and wouldn't even try to give me a day off to recover.

I've had catheter ablation done on my heart thrice, but I'm not sure that strictly counts as surgery. My gallbladder was removed a few years back, and when I was three years old my left nut had to be surgically moved down for one reason or another. Legend says I hopped on my tricycle as soon as I got home.

Oh fuck me! According to wikipedia, catheter ablation has a 95% success rate for WPW-syndrome. Three times I had to do it before it took!

I can't. But it's more interesting than getting wisdom teeth taken out or an appendectomy.

I had corrective surgery done on my right leg(fucking genetics). It involved removing a few bones in my foot, putting in a few bones, significantly shortening my Achilles tendon, breaking both my tibia and fibula and turning them so they'd fit the new orientation of my ankle, placing a silicon block in my foot to prevent it from going back to old habits. Finally, I still have a plate in my leg, about 8 inches long with 5 screws in it. It took 6 hours.

I spent almost 9 months as a more or less disabled person. 6 months in a cast up to my thigh and then 3 months of physical therapy. After the second month, I could walk normally, but I couldn't do much more than that until the end of the last month.

I have had 2 impacted Wisdom teeth removed under local. As both were pressing on the facial nerves I had to answer that I could feel my cheek etc as they were removed.

Other than that I have had my nose rebuilt twice, both times due to being kicked in the face playing rugby :)

Yes I do mean , my nose was smashed flat, but then I played in the days of the square steel toed capped prop boots and I was a prop.

Other than that nothing.

The 2 fractured skulls healed themselves , the maxilla occipital also and the fingers were sorted with a bit of tape and splinting to other fingers.

Nothing bad really :)

Wisdom teeth out, the odd cavity and a quick biopsy to check out a (benign) fibroma. Wisdom teeth sucked the most by far, but most of that was the local wearing off before the T3s had kicked in.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
Wisdom teeth out and a dog almost ripped out my eye. Had to have my eyelid sown back up. Still got a slight scar on my eye ball from that.

Letsee, I've had a full osteotomy (they had to cut my femurs and rotate them) along with 4 tendon releases in each leg, pins put into my hips (all the same surgery mind you) then on two other occasions I've had botox injected into my muscles in my legs under anaesthesia. I've had to relearn how to walk twice :D.

But I have cerebal palsy so I'm cheating :p

Apart from that, I have a mole on an...'area' which I had to get checked and that's

Absolutely none. WHOOOOOOOOOO!

I've had a broken foot before, but that's the extent of my serious medical emergencies.
