It seems likely that if they asked "where was the concept for a Swiss army knife developed", Sweden is a likely answer (as if it was asked on the show, the answer was NOT going to be Switzerland.

When I hear Sweden, I think neutrality, high quality of life, and of course, sexy women. All things that would make me want to live there, but then I realize that if I think the American Northeast is cold, I probably wouldn't last three hours in Sweden.

As the name suggests I believe that's Swiss (Switzerland), not Swedish.
