Well you certainly would have to trust that your tattoo artist knows Japanese, now wouldn't you? Or that he just wouldn't put a huge arrow facing downwards that says "Insert Wang Here" because if I were a tattoo artist that would be so tempting to do...

If I got one... as in, had to get one at gunpoint... I would either get "Detect Deter Observe Report" somewhere.
