I have a fear of swarms of things. It's not too bad though, I can still play a game an use a swarm of whatever (e.g. Bioshock and the bees) but show me a TV program, a picture or even a sound clip of swarms and I will start shaking

Yeah, I figure noone likes to get poked with a big needle, but I get nauseous just at the thought of it.
One anecdote I always bring up when explaining this is about when I was in the hospital, getting some surgery done on my foot. I had to get local anesthesia, which meant several injections. I was so nervous I almost got unwell. Then, after I had the shots and they started cutting, I just sat up and watched the whole procedure without feeling te least bit worried.
I was more scared of the needles than of the surgery itself.

Pretty much just that.
Also a slight fear of height but that does tie into someone trying to kill me when I was younger. I think what makes that sentence interesting is how often people say it and how few times it is anything more than a livejournal scream for help.

Nothing but everything. Nothing in particular gets me, spiders are cool, snakes are better, I don't enjoy needles but I'm okay with them, clowns make me giggle and clap my hands, but I can't watch scary movies for shit. As soon as something creepy jumps out at me and there's a loud noise, I go through a miraculous transformation into a scared, huddling little ball of cowardice.
I'd have to say worms and maggots. My friend pointed out a whole mob of worms in a tank just writhing and squirming on top of each other and it felt like I had been punched in the stomach. I felt sick instantly. Oh lord I have such a fear of tapeworms and worms that go inside of you. Not the Futurama worms...just about all the other ones.
And a fear of jumping off things? I dunno I'm worried I'll hurt myself.

Deep Water. As in abyss where there are probably creatures waiting to rip out my skull. I would go insane pretty fast if I was left in a bathysphere in an pitch black waters by myself.
Not being able to breath properly and being horizontal whilst in a small space- like a coffin.

I'm afraid of myself. I can say that because i suffer from Multiple Personality Disorder, and my other personality is triggered by rage.
