What the HELL is the name of this song???

I've been hearing it on the radio lately. It's by a Hip-hop/pop/rap artist I guess. It uses an old tune from the 80's as a background tune. I think the tune it uses was from an 80's pop song that. It used a keyboard to make the sound. it's almost impossible to explain the sound it makes.

But anyways, couple hip-hop artists in the song, they use that as background for their song, and I have not a clue which rappers did it.

That's the problem! I only heard the song once and it stuck very vaguely in the back of my mind. All I can remember is the initial tune that was used in this song, and the original song. It's bugging the crap out of me.
