It looks like a kind of wasp, I'll need a better look at the mouth parts though to see if it has suckers or chewers.

Looks like a mosquito eater bug we get around here, aka a crane fly

We have something called Tree Wasp in Norway. It's a VERY big Wasp with a huge stinger at it's butt. It might be one of those, tho it doesn't really look like one =3.

Looks like some kind of mosquito to me.

It appears to be some form of Parasitic wasp. Possibly Ichneumonoidea, they're usually very large, brightly coloured and completely harmless (unless you happen to be another insect). So don't panic.

Although the wings are very much like a Crane Fly, so I s'pose it could also be a form of Crane Fly.

Edit: I don't suppose there's a chance it's still there for a clearer picture?

OT: It looks like it has a stinger on it's tail and the wings look kinda like a dragonflies. Looks predatory so it must be like a crane fly as said above. Without seeing it myself or even know where you are from more is hard to come up with.
