I recommend Mass Effect. It looks to me like you enjoy both shooters and role-playing games. Mass Effect combines them seemlessly and perfectly. Also, it's just plain good.

Another vote for Mass Effect.

Maybe try Crackdown? Cheap I think, and a heap of super agent city wide fun. (could use the extra money to get some PSN or LIVE games?)
Saints Row 2- Awesome sandbox fun, as someone above has said.
Killzone 2 looks great for PS3 as well.

Good sandbox happy fun, and last I saw it it was relatively cheap.

Where did you see it cheap? I can only find it for $60 new, $55 used.

Well let me start by saying that you got Fallout 3 for the wrong system, second, I would suggest Tales of Vesperia if you want a good RPG, if you want an RTS, wait for Halo Wars(or download the demo first), DO NOT GET RESIDENT EVIL 5 UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOU ARE A FAN OF THE SERIES AND 2-3 HEADSHOTS FOR A KILL.

I would say the Orange Box for PS3 if you haven't already played it, and even if you have TF2 is always awesome.

Metal Gear solid 4 is my favorite game on ps3, second is fallout3 and third is probably Bio shock. As fallout and Bio shock are both on your list (as are other games I like) perhaps you'll enjoy it. It is a million times better if you've played the first three and are moderately intelligent as the story line follows on and is very (very) complex.
