What to do? - Gaming related plus other problem

Evening all ^_^
I'll make this short seeing as I want to mess around with my new Kindle and I need to hop in the shower

I recently purchased MvC3 after enjoying the second one and playing it at a friends till we both got Ill. But after about an hour or two It just seem to turn me away. The game didn't really have that sort of appeal to me anymore and the Multiplayer despite what my friends say Lagged like hell to something unplayable.

So because I'm within the returning quota I was gonna head in and return it but I was unsure on what to do.

Allot of people seem to praise Pokemon Black and White but I find allot of the newer Pokemon on the "what the hell were they smoking this time?" scale and the game uses the same engine as previous games, giving it a dated feel to the newer gen of games. But I have been a Poke fan but currently struggle to get back into the frachise.

Or wait for Dissidia Duodecim to come out? I've been a avid FF fan for as long as I can remember and jumped for joy when I got the first. But the lack of online (I have no PS3 so I can't do the weird special thing) was an annoyance and I was hoping to find out if the second one had indeed have online multiplayer.

I just dunno what I want to do and would just like some input and opinions on what to do. Hell I might try and shell out for Homefront if I could XD but Dragon Age II filled my "To Get on release date" for March XD

EDIT: also had one other problem I hope someone can help out with regard to my Kindle. I love reading Fanfictions on fanfiction.net and reading origonal work on the sister site fiction press. But I was unsure on how I can get the completed stories onto my computer, Edit out all the Author Notes that are put in and then convert it into a .mobi file for the Kindle to read them on. I'm pretty sure It doesn't have to be a .mobi file but it seems like the most recommended file type for Kindles.

As the earlier one suggested, check your internet connection for MvC 3. Then again, it could be a matter of distance. Even then, optimal conditions are playing against somebody through system link or on the same console to reduce that ever so slight lag that seems to screw me over in my timings when playing soley though online.

As for Pokemon Black and White, the "What were they smoking when they made this?" syndrom is mostly nostalgia. It usually vanishes entirely around the first gym leader or when you start playing. Each generation has its strong and weak points. The new metagame has also been overhauled, and from what ive seen, has the most improvements made, perhaps more than the gold/silver jump.

I double checked and triple checked the connection and it's still there unfortunately so chances are I'll be grabbing black and white when I head down to the town today. Just not sure on which version...anyone got a coin? XD
