Yes, those are q-tips. Technically they're cotton swabs. Q-tip is just the most common brand name.

Surprisingly enough I'm not. I just thought I'd offer a lazy answer that was different than anyone else's. I sure hope he picks mine first. After he uses them all, he's gonna miss out on some crazy universal understanding. On the upside he could make some wicked Wolverine q-tip claws with em if he does chose to use them. Then once they break he can put them into a straw and fire them at some target.
