OT: "Very well then, let's get this over with." Hang on. That's what the bad guy says isn't it? uh.. "You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses? Would 'ya?"

if my nemesis sees me coming I deserve to die (NB: this makes it difficult to aquire nemesis), however, I'll play your game.
mainly mine is 'excuse me' before burying a grenade down their throat or something
or 'I get to kill you already? what afterlife are you going to, I'll come and kill you again later'

"Let's Get It On" in the style of Marvin Gaye http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKPoHgKcqag

As a sidenote: for the hostages I'm about to save, I'd play "Three Little Birds" by Bob Marley http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIjkW6iyXNo&feature=fvst

'Buttnugget' My opponent would be so confused that I have the time to strike him/her.

Nothing. Just shoot him. Talking to your nemesis is probably what gets you beat. It's why Bond villains never win.

"WHAT IS A MAN? A MISERABLE LITTLE PILE OF SECRETS! BUT ENOUGH TALK, HAVE AT YOU!"

Might as well go with tradition.

"You'll never get away with this!" or something to that effect.

Or, if I were the villain, I'd indulge in a lengthy monologue completely revealing the extent of my plans.

"Less talky more killy."

But, really, why let them live long enough to say words to them. Have the knives in their eyes before they know what's going on, then cave in their skull.

Simple, but far more effective than words.

"A thousand hells await you, and I shall be what sends your wretched soul to them."

It just makes it a little bit more humiliating when I then lose to a guy who's opening line was:
"I'm gonna make you dead."
