so what pokemon ideas to you want to see? what game-play changes to you want to see? what graphical changes to you want to see? and what other changes you want to see?

as for me I would like to see less known animals being used for pokemon, gameplay should just keep advancing the way it is, keep sprites for the pokemon don't go to 3d animaion, make the first pokemon in my party follow me.

Charizard.

Where the fuck is my Charizard?
The whole reason I don't play these games anymore is because I can't get a goddamn Charizard.

Real time combat would be awesome. Of course, then they'd have the make it a 3D game which if they put the TIME AND EFFORT IN they could do, well. Not like Battle Revolution or anything when they all just look like lumps of concrete mixed with an enemy from FFVII.

First Pokemon in the party follows. I loved this little feature - not sure why they got rid of it in Gen V.

Ability to travel to every region. If they made a MASSIVE Pokemon game in which you could choose which of the five regions you initially started in...then when you conquered them you moved to another, with new Pokemon....so good. Kind of like then did in Gold/Silver/Crystal when you could travel to Kanto (albeit that always felt like a kind of half-hearted addition as all there really was to do was the gym leaders). The only problem is once you've done one Elite Four your Pokemon are probably around level 50/60...so maybe it's mandatory - somehow - that you start with an entire new party or something? Figure it out, Nintendo...

A different plot would be good enough for me, thanks.

I didn't actually play the new one more than 15 minutes but I already chose one of three Pokemon and set out on a quest... hm, sounds familiar...

I'd like a Browse function to be added to the GTS, or at the very least a Refresh option to refresh your Search results with different offers than what you've just seen. Either would make the GTS much more usable...

I also hope they keep the 'mons sprite based. I have a feeling that if the main handheld titles start looking and behaving like the the console "Coliseum" titles, a lot of the pacing of the battles would be lost. And I do mean a lot.

I want them to give us back the function of the pokemon following you. It was in Soul Silver/Heart Gold, but in Black and White it wasn't there.

This would be awesome. GSC versions stand out for me because the gameplay is twice that of other generations - you slaughter your way through Johto, then suprise!, let's revisit Kanto!

I'd like to see far more open-ness in the world from the get-go. Give trainers and gym leaders a limited scope for levelling with the player's party to ensure the difficulty curve is maintained, and let them choose whih direction to head first in their sandbox.

No more legendaries. We've got more than enough. Let's not devalue legends by making them commonplace, okay?

They were common place after Gold/Silver.

Legendaries stop being Legendary when they het double digits.

Agreed. If it was up to me (pointless as it is to say that) I'd prune it down to the three birds, Mewtwo and Mew. Maybe Dialga, Palkia, Giratina and Arceus can join the club, being at least relevant to the mythology of the Pokemon universe, but Heatran, Deoxys, the gerbils and the muskateer-deer can all be demoted to Route One Pokemon.

While it would be awesome if they had real time combat but I would be happy if they settle for more then four moves used by a Pokemon (it should be at least six).
While the 3D in Pokemon Black and white is somewhat great but I would still like to see a FULL 3D game preferable using the Golden Sun: Dark Dawn 3D engine and no more Up, Down, Left, Right movement! I want to move diagonally!
I think they should include some sort of Pokemon interation like in the cartoon, that you can take your party team out of the Pokeballs and they can relax in the field. By doing this and with you interact with them (e.g. combing Ninetail fur) will raise point in the happyness meters.
Lastly a player customability (skin colours, eyes, clothing etc) would be nice even if it is limited.

Agreed, there are way too many legendaries. Also, I dislike it how, in the case of Arceus, for example, you can essentially catch God.
I liked it when legendaries were just rare, not deities. Gen III onwards, with Kyogre, Groudon ad Rayquaza kind of ruined that...

I would like to see it make the jump to console. Full 3D graphics with much more RPG features added to make the game a more immersive experience. You could leave the battles as they are and have turn based combat, or you could take on the role of your Pokemon and use a range of different attacks.

I think it'd work.
