To the best of my knowledge and in no particular order:
South Park
A-Team
Family Guy
Futurama
The Flintsones
The Simpsons (I'm old enough to remember their premier on The Tracy Ullman Show... which reminds me...)
The Tracy Ullman Show
Rowan And Martin's Laugh In
Perfect Strangers
The Monkeys
21 Jump Street
Pryor's Place
V
Dream On
Thundercats
Voltron
Firefly
Brisco County Jr
Greatest American Hero
Simon and Simon
In Living Color
Liquid TV
The Ben Stiller Show
The Shield
The X-Files
Seinfeld
I want to note now that I won't bother anymore with anime/toons, just too freakin' many...
Dead Like Me
The Dukes of Hazard
Manimal
Just our Luck
The Wizard
Voyagers
Star Trek.... all of them....
The Charmings
Mama Malone
Sidekicks
Misfits of Science
Sledgehammer
A.K.A. Pablo
Hardcastle and McCormick
Knight Rider
The Master
Amen
Riptide
The Adventures of Superboy

Mr. Belvedere
Too Close for Comfort
Lorne Green's New Wilderness
The Twilight Zone (orig and 80s)
Battlestar Galactica (orig)
Silver Spoons
Charles in Charge
It's Gary Shandling's Show
Out of this World
The Hogan Family
Happy Days
Max Headroom
The Sopranos
Adventures of Pete and Pete
Space: Above and Beyond
...

.
Probably a lot more, mostly from the 80s.

I defy any of you to remember one's like Mama Malone (I used to freaking sing along with the theme)

Scrubs, every episode of every season at least 12 or 13 times now.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer at least three or four times now.
Angel at least three times now.
Firefly, first an only season =( (Fuck you Fox and your stupid reality shows)
Battlestar Galactica
How I Met Your Mother (every episode that is out so far)
Supernatural, at least three times now.

Thats all I can think of atm.

Let's see

South Park
Family Guy
Scrubs
The Big Bang Theory
Two and a Half Men
The Inbetweeners (this show has some of the funniest moments in any show ever!)
True Blood
Dirty Sexy Money
Drawn Together
Lost
The OC
Green Wing
The Office (original)
Extras
Gavin and Stacey
Friends
Glee

I think that's all of it. There may be a few short run shows, but they don't really count. Obviously quite a few of these are still running but I intend to stick with them unless they turn really awful.

I read through the whole topic to see if I missed any lol (I did)

The Office, at least the first 4 seasons. By far, a great example of comedy in characterization. The American one of course, I seriously tried to get into the British original, but I think our version (especially Steve Carrel and Rainn Wilson) tainted my opinion a little bit.
Other than that?
House
NCIS
Futurama (at least all the ones they showed on AS)
The Whitest Kids You Know and Kids In The Hall (The former being like an updated, more explicit of the latter)

Scrubs - Massive scrubs fan, seen ever episode multiple times
Same. Scrubs is absolute brilliance.

Lost - such an awesome show. Thrilling, intense, wonderful character character development, etc.

Star Trek: The Original Series - Best. Show. Ever. And nobody give me any Picard bullshit, I know who the true captain of the Enterprise is.

Friends, Lost, Battlestar Galactica (the newer one), Arrested Development, Firefly, Sports Night, Wonderland (ok, probably doesn't count, as this was cancelled after 3 episodes!), Moral Orel, Family Guy, Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion....I think that's it, but I'm probably missing shows from when I was younger, I don't know. I realized that the series' I've watched in their entirety, I am also more likely to have watched more than once. They're that good!

EDIT: Had to add Buffy! I watched every single episode for the first time last summer, and was blown away by it! Oh! Also forgot an awesome show I've watched repeatedly, though it's not fiction--Penn & Teller's Bullshit!

I got Frasier and DBZ, Frasier is the greatest sitcom ever, even some of the later seasons that weren't the best yet still good

Yours is a list that makes me jealous! What? Do you have a job that requires you to watch awesome cartoons?? I watched a lot of Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Pinky & the Brain and Rocko's Modern Life, but I doubt I watched every episode. Do you have them on DVD?
