Scrubs (Well, everything up to season 8, the new season hasn't aired here yet)
Full Metal Alchemist (Watched the last episode last night)
Weeds
Hellsing
The IT Crowd
Clone High
True Blood
Avatar
Solty Rei (Dammit, I love that show)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

You guessed it

What TV shows have you seen every single (or close to every single) episode

As for me:

Scrubs - Massive scrubs fan, seen ever episode multiple times

Futurama - This one kinda happened by itself.

The Nanny - Its a great show!
Code Monkeys, Full Metal Alchemist, Black Books, The Adventures of sonic the hedgehog, Sonic underground, Sonic SatAM, Spiderman (the 90's series), X-Men (90's also).
I think that's about it.

If animes count, I've got Shaman King, Gurren Lagann, Death Note, Lucky Star and FMA under my belt. I don't really have a chance at watching every episode of a 'real' show, since Comedy Central here is surprisingly slow at airing new episodes, if they air at all.

South Park, Family Guy, Scrubs Firefly and Futurama.

And I've seen about 99% of the Law and Order episodes.

What? I like that show.

Pretty much all of the above.

Futurama, Family Guy, South Park, Code Geass, FLCL (Subliminal messaging for the freaking win!), Inuyasha, ATHF (Aqua Teen Hunger Force), That 70's Show, Sealab2021, Harvey Birdman; Attorney At Law, The Brak Show, Space Ghost Coast To Coast, Death Note, 24, Cowboy Bebop, and not to mention the lovely series' here at the Escapist. =B (While they aren't exactly on television, they very well should be!)

So yeah... Those are the only ones I can recall at the moment, huzzah!

Hmm, being a fan of British comedies I've probably seen quite a few complete series, since they tend to have much shorter runs than American shows. Anyway, here's a list of the ones I can think of off the top of my head:

Fawlty Towers, Blackadder, Red Dwarf, Absolutely Fabulous, League of Gentlemen, Coupling, Black Books, Seinfeld, The Office (UK and American)... and probably a few more.

EDIT: Damn, forgot The Wire and Deadwood, two of the greatest shows of all time.

Quite a few, as I watch collections, not TV.
My list would look something like this:

Monty Python's Flying Circus,
The Young Ones,
South Park,
Futurama,
Spaced,
Scrubs,
Daria,
The X-Files,
How I Met Your Mother,
Robin Hood,

Oh and Red Vs. Blue, I'd say that counts as I'm watching the DVD's. :p
Moving on to Mad Men in a moment.
