I really love this type of music, but I don't know exactly what to class it as.
What is it?

(Sorry I don't know how to put videos)

It's very oprtatic. Such a grand sound but I have no clue what it would be called.

I'd just go with something simply like Symphonic or Classical but I have no idea what the specific sub genre for this sort of thing would be. Also, love that Duel of the Fates really the only good thing I took away from that film.

No idea what it would be called, but I did notice that every one of the videos that you posted had at least one comment about the song being played while Chuck Norris did something.

I'm under the impression that there's a number of music Genres now that don't have a classifications like Rock or Techno or Country.

I shall now file them all under the classification UCM for Un-Classified-Music, right beside UFO. Both of which I find to be horribly contradictory.

Film OST, but I'll have to add on this bit to avoid commonly brandished hammer of punishment.

I would say that it's Impressionistic Soundtrack. They are created to give an imoression of the scene or event, that they are playing with.

Symphonic Soundtrack. It's not classical, as it uses too many modern sensibilities. It's a sound that is used often in soundtracks, by an orchestra, thus "Symphonic Soundtrack".
