What type of people deserve to be killed?

Does it matter who you mark for death? Everyone dies eventually, so even if they're not on the list, they've been killed by being given life.
If I was pressed through, I would say that no one would be on my list of death. My schemes would be too grand and my fail-safes too fool-proof for me to fall. My forces would focus on the there, the then and the near-then, following my plans and resolute in their will to not be killed, lest they miss the great rise of my rule.

Killing someone just because you think it's justified makes you no better than them and their twisted logic. At the worst, you should be incarcerated for life or reduced to menial, back-breaking labor. Not in prison; anywhere will suffice.
However, if you insist that I choose someone, it would be the people in such a state as to be essentially dead (i.e. Terry Schiavo). If they're not consciencious enough to know they're alive and it's been proven beyond the shadow of doubt that they'll never recover, why keep them in that state?

Sorry Cpt. but my understanding of Chav is that you have to be a violent, anti-social **** to be one, if you just happen to like the way they dress (though, why you would I don't know) then your not a chav you just have a trendy(?) dress-sense. Nah, I'm not that fucked in the head, even for giggles. If anything, I think that certain offenders should just be granted harsher punishments. I don't think we as humans really have a right to decide who gets to live or die from our own species. But I also know that my opinion doesn't mean anything for this subject.

EDIT: Actually if I take a break from reality for a moment, I think that a death note would be the only answer to eliminating things like racist fuelled violence and murder, by instilling fear though the world to prevent it from happening. But I guess there is always the idea of taking it too far.
But in reality I couldn't really flip the switch myself to kill a person unless he has wronged me in some way, unless he had done some serious wrong. In most cases I think pretty much everyone has the right to live. You can still do heinous things to a human being without taking their life.
