At first I thought: Vault 69! But think about it. "What vault were you born in. That means you were one of the numerous babies made there. All the women would be much older then you or your half-sister. Unless you're several generations down the line since the original 1000. Even then everyone would be pretty closely related. I would love to be one of the first to live there though.

I'd instead go with Vault 8 (control Vault), Vault 15 (multi-cultural Vault), Vault 34 (too many weapons, no lock), or Vault 76 (another control Vault). Course I wouldn't mind being born in the wasteland. When I grow up I want to be a raider!
