Every time this thread comes up I say the same thing:

- A little seaside place in Anvil where I can practice the arts of Illusion, specifically Chameleon, and make a little side living as an alchemist specializing in hard-to-find potion ingredients (the 100% Chameleon suit would keep me out of danger.)

Same for me only put me in Skingrad where I can study Destruction magic and practice restoration on my own while adventuring in the near by caverns hunting goblins and whatnot

My god, I play way too much Oblivion >>

Anywhere quiet, simple, peaceful,serene, and most importantly green or with a lot of greenery.
This can also extend to sea-side villages, and tree-top villages.
(That wont eventually be torched, or torn asunder by evil.)

So a lot of game places are open for me.
(Of course I'd stop over at Hobbiton, for some really good food first. =D)

Balmorra from Morrowind (after Dagoth Ur's defeated, of course). It's big enough to feel secure, but not so big that it's easy to get lost. You've got various shops and temples to cater to every basic need, guards and a nearby Legion fort to protect against criminals and beasties, and it's got a Stilt Strider port for quick and easy transportation to other major settlements in western Vvardenfell. Best of all, the sewer system isn't choked with goblins or Dark Brotherhood assassins.

Sorry about the double post but I will point out that my cities are from TES IV Oblivion.

Personally, I would love to live in City 17 minus all the hostile aliens and stuff. It looks to be a pretty cool place.

Which game is city 17 from? If it's from Valve or a Wii game thenI wouldn't know because I don't play those games.
