It's a tough call but probably the various versions of Football Manager followed by Civilisation.

I'm currently playing Civ IV and it is near consuming my life. Wait until I get the expansion packs.

Used to be WoW, untill I stopped about 3 months ago. Now it's TF2, and untill recently Mass Effect. Fallout 3 also gulped a lot of time, so did Oblivion.

I am the same...I don't know whether to be glad that I enjoy Pokemon this much, or sad that I've wasted so long altogether on video games...meh, I'll go with glad.

Which video game have you spent the most time playing? If it is a web game please provide a link.

I've spent the most time playing Super Mario World when combined with how much time I played it as a kid on the Super Nintendo and playing it now on the Virtual Console for the Nintendo Wii.

Edit: Also I can't believe I almost forgot this one, I played a TON of Pokemon Red. So many hours spent trying to catch them all.

Probably Xenogears hands down. I sank 75 hrs. into that ***** without going out of my way to level-up (I'm a strong believer as far as the PRG in not looking for the fights but let them come to you... which is why I guess I don't like FFs since it's basically required) and I couldn't even beat Deus.
