What vigilante gadget/weapon would you keep with you at all times? (With a twist!)

The twist is you live in Australia and don't want to break the law - therefore no guns, no knives, no tasers, no mace, no extendable batons, or any other cool stuff that americans can carry around. So what would you carry?

Also, Martial arts and muscles don't count - gotta be gadgets or items.
