Hm.
Judging from the slide-y lever on my headset it's at about 50%, and my computer's main sound is at 86...
Seems good enough for me.
Although the speakers are at around 20-30% depending on what I'm doing, which is usually listening to music.
Otherwise I stay with the headset.

My system volume is at 100% but I just turn the volume knob down on my speakers.

Speakers at about 50%, use my keyboard volume control pretty often as I switch between stuff. It's good fun to occasionally crank it up to high and make the room shake :D

50% on the taskbar icon by the clock, then I adjust everything else in the options, and I shift to headphones around 10pm as I live in a block of flats and bass travels.

Mine are just under 50%, because I use really high-quality headphones that my dad uses when working the sound board at church.

These, in particular. [http://reviews.cnet.com/headphones/grado-sr125/4505-7877_7-30618197.html]

Usually 0% because there are always pop-ups and the such and they get annoying so I just keep my volume off.

It depends whether I want to reach to the little speaker volume knob on my desk or press the Windows Volume button on my keyboard.

Right now Windows Volume is 20% and my speakers are at about 40%.
