wow you're kind of young.

mine was a disney movie and i think not sure...but it might have been Beauty and the Beast...I would have been (lets see it came out in 91....and i was...)6 I'm sure I saw movies before then I just don't remember disney movies in theatres before then. the three classics i like (Sleeping Beauty(1959), Pinocchio(1950), and Cinderella(1960)) came out between 1950-1960 but i'm not sure they were in theatres in the latter half of the 1980s

Rat Trap, or something along that lines. Two guys inherit their fathers house and string factory and go through so much trouble to get rid of a mouse.

I don't know about the first movie I actually sat all the way through, but the first movie that my parents took me to see was The Hunchback of Notre Dame. We had to leave about ten minutes in because it was loud and I started crying. I guess at least I got to see the first song, not that I remember it.

(I saw it for the first time about a month ago. It is now my favorite movie.)

I suppose I am fairly young. Still, I strive to be (and hope I appear) mentally mature for my age.

Either way, I am nowhere near the youngest person here. Some people have said that the first movie they saw in theatres was Star Wars Episode 1. Others have said A Bug's Life and Toy Story 2. Given those movies, there is no way I am the youngest here.

Back on topic, Disney's Cinderella was (and still is) one of my favorite movies.

I saw Jurassic Park when I was a baby.
I used to live in Bethel, Alaska, and we would only watch movies in an actual theater in Anchorage.

Other than that, the first movie I remember seeing was the remake of The Parent Trap on a large scale projector in the public library, many years later.

.. Bloody hell. I can't remember. I know I saw Mulan and other Disney movies, but I cannot actually remember it. o.o

Oh well. The first one I actually have memories attached to was, unfortunately, Antz.
