What was the last achievement or trophy you got?

Played the first level of Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard on PS3, so I believe the last trophy I got was "Stung" for "defeating" Sting Sniperscope with a one-punch quick-time event.

"Children of Blacklight" for defeating the Supreme Hunter boss in Prototype.
The boss fights in that game are really, REALLY hard.

Friends in High Places, Red Dead Redemption on the PS3, for getting a five thousand dollar bounty on your head and then using a pardon letter to wipe it clean.

Can't remember which one, but it was some Team Fortress 2 achievement.

 

[Outright Villainy]

Argyle sap in Team fortress 2, for killing an engineer, his sentry and his dispenser in one explosion.

It's about fucking time! I actually think it's pretty embarrassing I didn't have it already...

I did it without an uber though, which is pretty sweet.
